About

Apply first coat of fully mixed RIPSTAR Saturant to primed concrete substrate using roller or brush. Place the RIPSTAR fiber sheet and roll in the longitudinal direction of the fibers two or three times using a deforming roller and rubber spatula in order to impregnate the resin into the fibers and to deform the resin coat. For joining strips of fiber sheet, a 15 cm overlap length is required in the main direction. The additional resin must be applied at the overlap location on top of the outer layer of fiber sheet to be overlapped. Apply the second coat of RIPSTAR Saturant ensuring total saturation of the RIPSTAR fiber sheets. Where more than one layer of fiber sheet is to be applied, the above application method for RIPSTAR Saturant should be repeated. In case of protection with plaster, ensure to dry-shake oven-dried fine quartz grains to assist bond strength with overlay.

Optimized Saturation for Industry

Ripstar Saturant delivers uniform saturation for paper and textile applications, boosting durability and finish quality. Its anionic nature enhances compatibility with various industrial processes and raw materials, ensuring consistent results.

Safe and Reliable Handling

With its milky white appearance and slight odor, Ripstar Saturant is easy to identify and handle. Non-toxic formulation guarantees operational safety, while HDPE drum packaging facilitates secure storage and transportation.
